68 reenactors form to portray 3 companies of the 10th US INF. and post contractors garrison at Fort Wadswortrh (Today Fort Sisseton) in the Dakota Territory, summer of 1866.

33rd Brigade at Perryville 2016

Two battalions (105th Ohio and 123rd Illinois) portrayed the 33rd Brigade at the 2016 Perryville.

Home Sweet Home

August 15th - 16th 2015

On July 20th, 1865, the 2nd Minnesota Veteran Volunteers Infantry mustered out of service at Fort Snelling. It was almost 4 years prior that they had left Fort Snelling to begin an adventure they would never forget. 207 reenactors recreating the welcoming home festivities and mustering out ceremony that took place almost 150 years ago.

 

Murray's Brigade at BGA 150th Gettysburg

June 27th-30th 2013

We formed a brigade for the BGA 150th Gettysburg event. 487 men formed two Battalions that recreated the 24th Michigan / 1st Maryland and 19th Indiana / 150th New York.

The Rise Of The First Volunteers

April 14th-17th 2011

Nick named "The Sheep Farm" The Rise of the First Volunteers recreated the raising of the first volunteer regiment tendered into US service – the First Minnesota Volunteer Infantry. Approximately 82 participants quartered in the Historic Ft. Snelling in St. Paul Minnesota. Civilians participants portrayed laundresses, local shop keepers, politicians, local aid societies, and other documented impressions. Recreated the first days of the Union's first volunteer regiment
